Shamrock Hotel is seeking an experienced Chef to join a rapid-paced, friendly kitchen team led by a dedicated Head Chef. You will work across a variety of cuisines and contribute to delivering high-quality, up-to-date dishes.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years in a professional kitchen, 38 hours per week, and a rotating Mon-Sun roster. Solid hygiene practices, grooming, and excellent communication are essential for success.
