Storage & Backup - Dell | Isilon, PowerScale & Object Store

Our client, a major Federal Government department responsible for immigration, citizenship, border security, national security, cyber policy and social cohesion, require the services of a Storage Systems Administrator.

Duties of the Storage Systems Administrator
Provide support and advice on the Customer’s storage, backup & disaster recovery workplace;
Assist in the execution of plans for installation, configuration, patching, upgrade & testing of ICT infrastructure, including operating systems, virtualisation platforms & enterprise applications;
Provide a quality assurance role to projects in relation to technical solution design & documentation;
Liaise with the business in consideration of recent capabilities; undertake BAU activities as required;




Provide skills transfer to all technical staff as specified by the Customer.

Skills and Experience Required
Dell platform experience is highly regarded, including Isilon, PowerScale and Object Store;
Knowledge of & experience in Commvault products will be well-regarded.
