Pendo is seeking a Manager, Customer Engineering in Sydney (hybrid) or Melbourne remote. You will lead a team of Customer Engineers, translating team goals into individual assignments and coaching on technical and commercial skills.

In this role you will own aggregate output, account health, retention and expansion metrics, run weekly cadence, partner with Account Directors, and model AI usage across workflows. This is a people leadership position designed to scale impact across customers.
