Key Responsibilities:
Deliver attentive, high quality service that anticipates guest needs
Lead, train, and support F&B; attendants and team leaders
Maintain grooming, service, and operational standards
Manage rosters, timesheets, and daily staffing
Ensure stock levels, cleanliness, and WH&S; compliance
Prepare and serve beverages to hotel standards




Follow all cashiering and financial procedures
Protect and maintain equipment
Complete opening/closing duties and assist other outlets as needed
Overseeing operations of conference & events. From set up, running the day to day.

What You’ll Bring:
Previous F&B; supervisory or team leader experience
Solid communication and leadership skills
Solid knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards
Experience with rosters, POS, and cash handling
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid paced environment
Commitment to safety, hygiene, and exceptional guest service
