Zarraffa's Coffee is seeking a hands-on People & Culture Team Leader to join our Eagleby Head Office, reporting to the People & Culture Manager and guiding the team to deliver practical HR support across franchise networks.
This is an in office role based at the Eagleby office, with Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
You will lead recruitment, investigations, employee relations, policy development, and leadership coaching, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience as we grow
