Senior Claims Consultant – Life Insurance

I’m currently working with a highly regarded life insurer that is looking to attract experienced Senior Claims Consultants who are ready to take their career to the next level. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys claims, but wants more influence, more variety and a genuine prospect to utilise their experience beyond simply managing a portfolio. Key Responsibilities
Manage a reduced portfolio of more complex Group Life claims
Be an important point of reference for the wider claims team.
Complete file review and provide advice on claims strategies

Desired Experience
Demonstrated experience assessing group or retail life insurance claims including making initial liability decisions and developing IM and RTW plans.
Experience coaching and mentoring new starters and experienced claims consultants
Conducting file reviews for higher DA approvals
