Landcom in Parramatta is seeking a Up-to-date Desktop Support Officer to provide day-to-day end-user compute support and help staff leverage AI, Microsoft 365 and other business systems.

You will diagnose and resolve issues, manage the service desk, onboard/offboard staff, run IT inductions and deliver training on AI tools and 365 apps to boost productivity.

The role emphasizes customer-focused support, ITIL practices and coaching colleagues 1:1 and in groups to improve productivity.
