Immanuel Gardens Aged Care, part of Lutheran Services, invites a Clinical Manager to lead our clinical team. You will drive care standards, oversee clinical operations, and ensure protected, person-centred care across residents.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will supervise nursing and care staff, manage care planning, medication handling, compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC funding, and foster a cooperative, high-performing team atmosphere.
