EVT is seeking a Transformation Business Analyst for a 12-month fixed term contract in Sydney. You will drive LEAN improvements, map current and future processes, and identify automation or AI opportunities with the Data Engineering team.

You’ll lead workshops, run FMEA, develop SIPOC/swimlane maps, and embed standard work while tracking perks. Robust stakeholder engagement and data-driven storytelling are essential.
