Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Transition Unit at Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre. You will assess patient needs, coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, and support patients and families while developing clinical skills.

You will deliver person-centred nursing care, maintain explicit records, and contribute to secure patient outcomes with guidance for enrolled nurses and students.
