This full time role is the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service and smooth daily operations at our motel.
You will greet guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, handle bookings, payments, and guest inquiries, while coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
Accommodation is provided onsite as part of the role.
