Work with a rich variety of clients, primarily with neurological and complex disability conditions
Low client turnover means you get to build long-term relationships and see real progress over time
Team-based in-clinic role – spend more time with your team, not driving solo or writing reports all day

About the Role
You'll deliver Physiotherapy services to clients with a range of conditions including:
Neurological:SCI, ABI, Parkinson's, MS, MND, stroke, CP
Complex/multi-trauma, amputee, and intellectual disability
1:1, small group 1:3, pilates reformer and hydrotherapy therapy formats
You'll work closely with our Senior clinicians, Clinical Leads and Clinical Services Manager, and have opportunities to contribute to:
Service improvement and planning
Mentoring early career Physios and supporting placement students (if experienced)
Quality initiatives and team-based care planning
AHPRA registered Physiotherapist - new grads welcome to apply!
Passionate about complex rehab and seeing real results
Robust communicator and natural collaborator
Organised, self-motivated, and eager to grow
Experience with disability or neurological therapy highly regarded, but not essential
