Hospital in Your Home in Townsville, North Queensland, seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our frailty programs.
This home-based role offers flexibility and a focus on independence and ageing in place.
You will assess, plan and deliver therapy in clients' homes, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to program development.
AHPRA-registered OT with at least 1 year of relevant experience is required.
