You'll support distributor customers by processing orders, answering pricing and delivery questions, and handling phone inquiries with a customer-centric approach.
You'll collaborate with Sales, Distribution, Production, Finance, Administration and Quality to ensure accurate, timely service while maintaining strong relationships and a positive team energetic.
