As Bar and Restaurant Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day bar operations, ensuring quality drinks, productive service and a great team culture.
You'll work collaboratively with venue management to execute drink specials, maintain stock levels and provide an outstanding guest experience.
This role is a hybrid role with time spent both behind the bar and on the floor managing the team and looking after guests.

About you
Proven experience as a Bar Manager, Head Bartender, Restaurant Manager or similar role.
Strong cocktail knowledge with a focus on quality and consistency.
Leadership and teamwork skills to create a supportive, high-performing team.
Organisational abilities to manage stock, staffing, and service flow.
A positive, energetic attitude that enhances the Plus 5 experience.
