You will understand challenges, develop onboarding strategies, and guide adoption to set clients up for long-term success.
This role reports to the Regional Lead and drives onboarding activities, data migration, training, and launch across multiple projects, while collaborating with Sales and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs.
