We're currently representingestablished and growing Melbourne public practice firms, with opportunities across a range of team sizes, client bases and areas of specialisation.
Depending on the opportunity, you could be working with:
Privately owned businesses, SMEs, HNW individuals and investment groups.




Clients across areas includingproperty, professional services, hospitality, sports and entertainment, as well as emerging eCommerce, SaaS and technology businesses.
Mid-market clients with complex accounting and tax requirements.
Firms offering a genuine mix oftax, accounting and advisory, rather than purely compliance-focused work.
Modern, collaborative teams with a strong focus ontraining, mentoring and professional development.
Opportunities to take on meaningful client-facing responsibilities, review work and work closely with senior leadership.
About You:
4+ years' experience in Australian public practice.
CA/CPA qualified or currently working towards it.
Strong tax and accounting experience, with the ability to manage a client portfolio.
Confident in communicating with clients and working directly with Partners.
Technical exposure toDivision 7A, CGT, FBT and BAS.
Keen to continue developing your advisory and technical skills.
Looking for greater responsibility and a clear next step in your career.
