We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, suitably qualified and experienced Service Technician to join the NSW – Refrigeration Service team on a permanent fulltime basis.

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, installing and maintaining a wide range of commercial equipment across customer sites.

You will be responsible for:
Servicing and repairing commercial catering equipment
Fault-finding and diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues
Attending breakdown and service calls
Carrying out preventative maintenance
Installing and commissioning recent equipment
Completing accurate job reports and service documentation
Communicating professionally with customers and keeping them informed
Managing your own daily workload and prioritising urgent breakdowns
Working as part of a supportive Service Team

To be a successful candidate, you will possess:
Permanent rights to work in Australia




SA Restricted Electrical Licence
Gas or A Class Electrical Preferred
Valid Driver’s Licence
Experience in diagnostics and fault finding
Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
Experience working on electrical equipment in commercial kitchens is advantageous
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Robust work ethic working unsupervised and part of a team
Willingness to successfully complete a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening, if required.
