You will work across Pebble Beach and The Long Pavilion, supporting senior chefs in high-end, seasonal menus with a focus on quality and sustainability.
You'll rotate through kitchen sections, master refined plating, and contribute to a premium dining experience while adhering to HACCP and safety standards.
