Joining a busy and collaborative customer service team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and play an important role in keeping orders, enquiries and day-to-day requests moving.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage customer enquiries across phone and email
Process and manage customer orders from start to finish
Provide customers with updates on orders, deliveries and product availability
Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
Liaise with warehouse, sales and internal teams
Maintain accurate customer and order information within internal systems
Follow up outstanding orders and requests
Build positive relationships with customers
Provide general administration support to the wider team

About You:
Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Support or Order Management
Previous SAP experience
Experience working within a product-based, manufacturing, distribution or FMCG setting highly regarded
Strong phone and email communication skills
Confidence managing a busy workload and competing priorities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
A proactive, positive and team-focused approach
Availability to commence at short notice
