What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee daily site operations across multiple job sites
Coordinate and supervise trades and subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship
Ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to scope
Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations
Monitor site safety and compliance with WHS legislation and company policies
Perform quality control inspections to ensure all work meets required standards
Work closely with the office and estimating team to manage project progress and resolve any issues that arise
Who We’re Looking For
Experience engaging tradespeople, scheduling workflows, and managing multiple projects
Nice to have - Experience in insurance building / trade qualification
Strong time management abilities
Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively at once is necessary
A valid Driver’s License and a White Card
Additional Information:
National Police Check is part of the recruitment process
Must be available to travel to sites across Adelaide
Must have full Australian Working rights
