Permanent Full-Time | Four-Day Working Week

We are a busy industrial cafe in the heart of the Yatala Enterprise Area, serving hearty breakfasts and lunches to our local trade and industrial community.

We are seeking a reliable, high-energy All-Rounder to join our friendly team on a permanent full time basis. Work 38 hours across just 4 weekdays, giving you three days off every week. No nights, no weekends and no public holidays.

Pay & Employment Conditions
$30.50 per hour + superannuation (approximately $60,268 p.a. base at 38 hours/week).
Permanent full-time employment with paid annual leave and personal/sick leave entitlements.
Annual leave loading and applicable penalty rates paid in accordance with the relevant Award.
Stable 38-hour roster over 4 days per week.

Early Start, Early Finish
4 days across Monday-Friday, 38 hours per week in total.
Early start, early finish - generally from 5:00 AM and finishing around 3:00 PM on rostered days.
Daytime work only - no weekends and no public holidays.
One rostered weekday off, plus the weekend off every week.

Key Responsibilities




Friendly counter service and POS/cashier operation.
Coffee making / basic barista duties.
Quick-service food preparation and kitchen assistance.
Keeping the service area clean, stocked and running smoothly.
Store cleaning and general housekeeping duties.
Occasionally supervise and train other staff when required.

What We Are Looking For
Reliability & Early Starts: Must have reliable personal transport and be available for 5:00 AM starts.
Speed & Energy: Comfortable working briskly during the morning rush while maintaining a positive attitude.
Relevant Experience: Previous cafe, quick food or retail food experience is highly regarded.
Valid Australian working rights and availability for an ongoing full-time role.
