Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day management of a quality residential property portfolio.




Conduct thorough entry and exit inspection reports.
Manage routine maintenance requests and coordinate local trade contractors.
Maintain transparent, prompt and skilled communication with landlords and tenants.
Facilitate lease renewals and ensure full compliance with QLD tenancy legislation and agency standards.
Navigating landlord and tenant concerns with empathy, confidence and a solutions-focused approach.
Ensure full compliance with relevant tenancy legislation and agency standards.
Build strong, lasting relationships by delivering outstanding customer service.
