Ideal candidates will have experience with:
Autism
Behaviours of concern
Positive Behaviour Support Plans
Daily living skills
Personal care
Implementing positive behaviour support strategies
Working with mental health conditions
What you'll bring:
Minimum 1 year experience
Confidence supporting participants with autism and behaviours of concern
Professionalism, reliability and initiative
Explicit and confident English communication skills, with the ability to understand participant needs and communicate effectively
Robust availability and willingness to work overnight shifts throughout the week, and on weekends
