Our South Melbourne flagship is rapid, busy and held to a high standard. We're after an experienced Senior Wait Staff member who has done this at volume before and wants to do it properly. Weekends are core to this role. You'll report to our Floor Supervisor and Venue Manager, and work alongside baristas, runners and kitchen.

Key responsibilities
Own your section end to end: greet, take accurate orders, run food and drinks, check in, clear and reset
Lead by example during peak and keep your composure when it's three-deep at the door
Coach junior wait staff and help onboard current starters
Know the menu, dietaries and allergens cold, and recommend with sincerity
Handle POS, billing queries and opening/closing checklists

About you
At least 2 years in a high-volume café or restaurant
Available for weekends and public holidays




Current RSA and Food Safety certificate (or willing to obtain before your first shift)
Can start within 2–3 weeks

Pay under the Restaurant Industry Award, Level 3. Casual: $34.96/hr weekdays, $34.96 Saturday, $48.95 Sunday, plus overtime
