Trojan Recruitment is recruiting for Food Production Workers for our client who is a leading Food Manufacturer based in Windsor Gardens.

You will be working in a production environment where commitment and great teamwork will be critical to your success.

Scheduling: Rotating Roster (1 week rotation)
Day Shift - 7:50am start, Pay Rate: $33.68/hr
Afternoon Shift - 3:50pm start, Pay Rate: $38.73/hr
Night Shift - 11:50pm start, Pay Rate: $38.73/hr

Key Responsibilities:
Operating food production machinery
Perform tasks in the various stages of food preparation
Labelling and packaging.
Process Work
General cleaning & housekeeping

Job Requirements:
A genuine passion for producing high quality work
Food production experience is an advantage, but not essential.
Must be willing and available to work a rotating roster.
Holds a current driver's license and has own reliable transport.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.




Keen eye for details and has a strong safety focus.
Physically fit and able to work in a repetitive hands-on workplace.
A forklift licence is desirable but not essential
Must be able to PASS a drug and alcohol test.
