What You'll Do
You can be based in either ourJoondalup or Mt Hawthornoffice, you'll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.
Our Joondalup office has a team of 14 clinicians with a make up of:
7 OT's, 2 Speech Pathologist's, 2 Physiotherapist's, 1 Exercise Physiologist, 1 Behaviour Support Practitioner and 1 Allied Health Assistant.
Our Mt Hawthorn office has a team of 7 clinicians with a make up of:
3 OT's, 2 Speech Pathologist's, 1 Exercise Physiologist and 1 Allied Health Assistant.
You'll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.
You'll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision,



monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.

What You'll Need
Full AHPRA registration
A valid driver's license and personal vehicle
An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
Minimum of 4 years post grad experience
