The Role:
You'll start as a field-based, face-to-face Sales Associate across Melbourne, working in the residential and business-to-business sectors and representing some of Australia's leading brands.
With a mentor from day one, you'll learn a proven sales process and consultative selling.
Your day will involve:
Prospecting, building brand awareness and closing sales face to face
Using consultative selling to understand customer needs
Working towards daily and weekly KPIs with commission and performance-based incentives
Daily coaching to quick-track your sales skills
Delivering excellent customer service
