About the Role

We have an exciting prospect for an enthusiastic Payroll Officer to join our Support Office team in Biggera Waters. Working alongside an experienced Payroll Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time while supporting a growing multi-state organisation.

Key responsibilities include:
Fortnightly and off-cycle payroll processing
Payroll reporting and data maintenance
Superannuation processing and reconciliations
Managing payroll enquiries and shared inboxes
Worker Retention Grant reconciliations and payments
Maintaining payroll records and ensuring data accuracy
Supporting payroll compliance and process improvements

About You

You'll be a detail-oriented team player with:




Demonstrated experience working in payroll
Intermediate Excel skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Experience with payroll systems such as Humanforce Payroll (or similar)
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
