Head of Distribution, Alternative Investments

The Company is seeking a Head of Distribution for Alternative Investments to lead and develop the distribution function, with a focus on driving capital raising across high-net-worth, ultra-high-net-worth, family offices, and wholesale investor channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for growth, leveraging an established network to originate current opportunities, and deepening existing investor relationships. This role requires close collaboration with senior leadership to shape and execute the broader distribution strategy.Candidates for the Head of Distribution role must have a proven track record in a senior distribution or leadership position within funds management or alternative investments.



An essential requirement is an established and active network across high-net-worth, ultra-high-net-worth, and family offices, as well as demonstrated exposure to alternative asset classes and a robust understanding of sophisticated investor markets. The ideal candidate will have a commercial track record of raising capital and building long-term investor relationships, and the leadership capability to build, mentor, and drive a high-performing distribution function. The role is pivotal in the company's growth and requires a strategic thinker with the ability to execute and adapt to the dynamic financial services industry.
