About you
Previous experience as a Structures Foreman on large-scale commercial or multi-residential projects.
Solid understanding of structural construction, sequencing and subcontractor coordination.
Experience managing concrete, formwork, reinforcement and other structural trades.
Proven ability to programme and coordinate site works.
Excellent communication and subcontractor management skills.
A robust focus on safety, quality and programme.
Confidence taking ownership of your section and driving delivery.
