Sonder is seeking a Peer Practitioner within the Country Clinical Care and Coordination program in South Australia. You will bring your lived experience to support clients, families, and carers with a strengths-based, recovery-focused approach.

Working in a multidisciplinary team, you will advocate for client voices and help integrate peer practice across services. The role is Ongoing, 1 FTE, based in Strathalbyn and Victor Harbor with outreach as required.
