The Chance

This is a high-priority position within a Line 2 Risk function, supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. The role focuses on delivering key projects to uplift organisational risk maturity and strengthen risk management processes across the business.

You will work directly with stakeholders across the organisation to design, implement, and embed updated risk practices, frameworks, and procedures.

Your Impact
Risk Transformation & Delivery: Lead the coordination and execution of enterprise change initiatives aligned with strategic objectives and risk profiles.
Process Improvement & Frameworks:



Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, document, and roll out updated risk management frameworks, policies, and operational processes.
Change Implementation & Training: Support end-to-end change management by developing and delivering training, conducting workshops, and driving process embedment.
Risk Assessments & Analysis: Define business requirements, conduct risk assessments, and provide insights to improve control effectiveness and business performance.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build working relationships across all levels, advising internal teams on risk management issues, regulatory requirements, and practical implementation.
