About You
10+ years’ experience as a No.1 Site Manager or above.
Extensive commercial fit out and refurbishment experience.
Strong corporate workplace project experience highly regarded.
Proven capability in programming, subcontractor management, OH&S;, quality and stakeholder coordination.
Proficiency with Procore, Aconex, Sign On Site, Breadcrumb and associated construction software is essential.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive trades and maintain high site standards.
