Hubfleet is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to be the friendly voice for fleet managers, drivers and business owners across Australia.
You will own the inbound support queue, resolve tickets, run onboarding sessions and system set-up for new customers, and contribute to the knowledge base and product feedback.
This hybrid role is based in Fremantle, WA, with remote and in office work, reporting to the Founder & CEO, and offering deep product and industry training in the first 90 days.
