The Role
We are seeking aCook (Grade 2 Level 3 standard) or Qualified Cheffor afull-time positionwithin our kitchen team.
We are open to Casual or Full Time applicants.
This role requires flexibility and commitment to a hospitality roster, including:
Split shifts
Weekends
Rotating roster arrangements
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards
Maintain high presentation and consistency across all services




Work efficiently in a fast-paced lunch and dinner environment
Uphold food safety and hygiene standards
Assist with prep, stock control and daily kitchen organisationSupport seasonal and feature menu development
What We're Looking For
Experience cook working in a busy pub, bistro or restaurant environment
Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
Ability to work split shifts and weekends on a rotating roster
Reliable, team-focused and able to perform under pressure
A genuine passion for hospitality and quality food
