About the role:
You will:
Lead and support a team of gym instructors, personal trainers, and reformer Pilates instructors
Drive the delivery of high-quality, safe and inclusive health club programs and services
Develop and motivate staff to achieve exceptional member experiences and outcomes
Monitor program performance, participation and budget targets to support business growth
Build strong relationships with members and contribute to a positive and welcoming club culture
About you:

Proactive and innovative, bringing new ideas to improve member engagement and retention
Solid people leadership skills, communication and relationship building skills
Strong time management and organisational skills,

Sound knowledge of health and fitness operations, including gym, personal training and reformer Pilates environments
