MacKillop Family Services is seeking a Home-Based Care Case Manager in Geelong to support children and young people in foster care.
The role focuses on trauma-informed care, safety, stability and emotional well-being, with regular home visits and caregiver support.
The role is a full-time fixed-term backfill ending 08 January ****, onsite in Geelong, reporting to the Home-Based Care Coordinator.
Successful candidates will demonstrate cultural awareness and solid documentation practices.
