About the Role

You will work alongside our kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes, maintain excellent kitchen standards and contribute to the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes in accordance with recipes and restaurant standards
Maintain consistent food quality, presentation and portion control
Assist with food preparation, stock control and kitchen organisation
Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and hygiene
Work collaboratively with kitchen and Front of House teams during service
What We're Looking For
Chefs and Cooks of all experience levels are encouraged to apply
1-2 years of experience in Greek cuisine or a modern restaurant is preferred but not essential
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
A genuine passion for food, fresh ingredients and Greek cuisine
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Robust attention to detail, food quality and presentation
A reliable, responsible and professional approach to work
