Establish purchasing policies and liase with suppliers
Promote and advertise our range of food varities
Handling escalated customer feedback with effective solutions
Maintain stock level, budget and financial data
Bugeting and costing our range of products and ensure correct quantities are maintained.
Ensure all health and safety standards are maintained
Liase with local council to maintain food safety license
Promote and sell products and assist customers
Formulate Marketing policies by understanding local product demand.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in retail management (Food & Beverage)
Must be able to meet and exceed sales targets
Ability to manage staff
Understanding of occupational health and safety and local coucil requirments
Must be able to meet and exceed sales targets
Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting & costing
