The role involves delivering holistic nursing care within the Drug & Alcohol team and supporting individuals across the Opioid Treatment Program in rural Western NSW.
You will perform comprehensive case management, assessment, care planning and coordination with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and positive health outcomes.
