Job Description
Provide legal advice on public law, governance, procurement and probity matters.
Review and prepare legal documents to support procurement activities and governance requirements.
Analyse legislation, policy and case law to inform explicit and practical advice.
Advise on probity considerations throughout procurement processes.
Prepare written advice, correspondence and supporting legal materials for clients.
Identify legal issues in proposed decisions, policies and procurement documentation.
Work across a range of public law matters to support informed decision-making.

The Successful Applicant





A successful 'Lawyer - Public Law - Governance, Procurement And Probity' should have:
Experience providing legal advice on public law matters.
Knowledge of governance, procurement and probity principles.
Capability to interpret legislation, policy and legal authorities.
Experience drafting and reviewing legal advice and documentation.
Ability to assess legal issues and provide practical recommendations.
