Job Title: Food Service Assistant

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Preparation, serving, presentation and delivery of food and beverages in accordance with the Food Safety Program.
Ensuring that the correct food and beverages are served to each resident according to their dietary/specialised nutritional requirements.
Ensure a high standard of customer service including presenting in a skilled manner at all times when interacting with residents during meal services.
Ensure a high standard of customer service when interacting with residents, resident representatives, and staff.
Cleaning kitchenettes
Setting tables

About you

If you have the following skills and experience, we want to meet you:
Hospitality front of house experience – aged care experience desired
Ability to read and interpret dietary information




Ability to comply with protected work practices and food handling practices
A commitment to providing a caring and empathetic service to our residents while respecting their privacy, choices and cultural preferences.
A commitment to the principles of Workplace Health & Safety and ensuring a protected environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications:
Current police check or NDIS card
2026 Influenza vaccination
Minimum 1st covid vaccination
Previous experience in environmental services or food service preferred but not required (entry-level candidates welcome)
