Casual Gardener / Lawn Maintenance Team Member

We are an established lawn mowing and garden maintenance business based in Malvern East and have been servicing our clients for more than 15 years.
We have a small, experienced and stable team and are now looking for a casual team member to join us.
Previous experience in lawn mowing and general garden maintenance is preferred, however we are also willing to consider someone with limited experience if they have the right attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
For us, reliability, pride in your work, honesty and fitting well within the team are just as key as experience.
For the right person, there is the opportunity for regular ongoing hours and potentially a full-time position in the future.
Our intention is to initially employ someone casually, allow both parties to make sure the position is a good fit, and then consider a permanent position based on performance, reliability and business requirements.
The role
Your work will include:
Lawn mowing and edging
General garden maintenance
Hedge trimming and pruning
Weeding
Garden clean-ups
Gutter cleaning
High-pressure cleaning
General property maintenance
Most of our work is regular ongoing maintenance for established clients rather than landscaping or construction work.
What we are looking for
Ideally, you will have previous experience in lawn mowing and garden maintenance.
However, we are happy to train the right person if you have some practical experience,



enjoy outdoor work and genuinely want to learn.

Is physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
Can work independently and as part of a team
Has good communication skills
Is comfortable dealing with clients
Can follow instructions and is willing to learn
Has good attention to detail
Has a positive attitude
Holds a current Australian driver's licence
Has full Australian working rights
