Bupa Aged Care seeks a Roving Quality and Education Manager to support care homes across Regional NSW, delivering coaching, education and hands-on quality improvements.
Based at Kempsey with regional travel, you will partner with Care Managers and GMs to raise quality standards and sustain improvement.
You will lead governance, ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, and build leadership capability across homes while guiding remediation and PCI progress.
