Role Description This is a part time, on/off -site Leasing Consulting role based in Williamstown or Melbourne office. The consultant will manage day-to-day leasing activities, including prospecting for current clients, conducting property inspections, preparing listings, and negotiating commercial and industrial lease agreements. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors, providing market advice, and ensuring a professional, responsive client experience.



The role also involves preparing documentation, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, collaborating with colleagues on marketing initiatives, and participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay current with market trends and regulations as required.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present information confidently to clients.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship-building, and a professional client-facing manner.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems are important.
Ability to work in office, manage multiple priorities, and operate with integrity in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Real estate certifications applicable in Victoria, and a valid driver’s license, are required.
