Iteration Manager – Insurance

We’re working with a leading Australian insurer looking for an Iteration Manager to drive agile delivery across its technology teams. You’ll keep cross-functional teams moving, transparent blockers and help deliver change across core insurance platforms.

What you’ll be doing
Facilitating agile ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
Managing sprint plans, velocity, scope, risks and dependencies across delivery teams
Working with product owners on backlog priorities and release planning
Removing impediments and coaching teams on agile practices
Engaging business and technology stakeholders across the program

What you’ll bring
Come from a technical background and have robust experience within the SDLC
Experience as an Iteration Manager, Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead
A background in insurance (general, life or health)
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills
Working knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe or Kanban
A practical approach to keeping teams unblocked and delivering
