ImplementclearandstrategicprogramsthatsupporttheministryandmissionofNewHope
EnsureeffectivepastoralcarestructuresandprocessesareprovidedthroughvariousministriesatNewHope

AvibrantandpassionateChristianwithdemonstratedcharacterandcommitmenttospiritualgrowth
ExperienceinPastoralLeadershipwithasenseofcalltoseepeoplefollowJesus
Abilitytoprovidestrategicleadership,andworkcollaborativelywithinateamenvironmentandbuildhealthy,thrivingministryteamsandleaders
Strongpublicandpersonalcommunicationskills




Relevanttheologicalqualificationsorwillingnesstopursuetheologicaltraining

NewHopeBaptistChurchisalarge,vibrantandgrowingchurchcommunitylocatedinBlackburnNorthintheeasternsuburbsofMelbourne.WeexistwithaclearmissiontoreachourcommunitywiththegoodnewsofJesusinamulti-generational,multi-congregationalandmulti-ethniccontext.Wehaveapassionforseeingpeoplediscoverhope,growinfaith,andmakeadifferencetotheworldaroundthem.
