Role Description This full-time, in office Real Estate Agent role is based in Gungahlin and involves managing a portfolio of residential properties from listing to settlement. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting for new listings, conducting property appraisals, preparing marketing materials, hosting open homes and private inspections, and guiding clients through negotiations and contract processes. The Real Estate Agent will provide ongoing customer service, respond to inquiries, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with internal team members and external stakeholders such as conveyancers and mortgage brokers.



The role also requires staying informed about local market trends, adhering to relevant legislation and agency policies, and representing Impact Properties Canberra in a professional and ethical manner.

Qualifications
Valid Real Estate License and sound knowledge of Real Property laws and regulations.
Experience in Real Estate transactions, including listing, marketing, negotiating, and closing sales.
Strong Sales skills with a track record in lead generation, converting prospects, and achieving targets.
Excellent Customer Service capabilities, including explicit communication, active listening, and client relationship management.
Proficiency with property CRM systems, online listing platforms, and basic computer applications.
Ability to work in office, manage multiple properties and deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail; knowledge of the Gungahlin/Canberra market is an advantage.
