Position Highlights
Permanent Part-Time appointment (42 hours per fortnight)
Competitive specialist salary:AUD $****** – $****** per hour (dependent on specialist classification and experience)
Relocation assistance available:Up to AUD $10,000 for international candidates
Up to AUD $8,000 for interstate applicants
Up to AUD $3,000 for Victorian applicants

The Role As a Fractional Specialist ENT Surgeon, you will:
Deliver comprehensive specialist Otolaryngology Head & Neck services across outpatient clinics, inpatient care and operating theatres.
Manage a broad range of elective and emergency ENT conditions.




Participate in multidisciplinary care and clinical governance activities.
Supervise, mentor and teach junior doctors and other clinical staff.
Contribute to service development and ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
Play a leadership role within an expanding specialist service.

Essential Requirements Applicants should possess:
Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery, or an equivalent specialist qualification eligible for Specialist Registration in Australia.
Current or eligible registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA).
Demonstrated expertise in Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery.
Commitment to teaching, supervision and multidisciplinary patient care.
Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
International specialists with substantially comparable qualifications are encouraged to enquire regarding specialist assessment and registration pathways.
